Notification 2023-051

Dear Madam/Sir, Reference is made to notification 2023-044 dated 14 April 2023, in which the Secretariat invited Parties, other Governments, indigenous peoples and local communities, and relevant organizations to nominate experts to participate in the Open-ended Online Forum on invasive alien species. I regret to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the meeting originally planned to take place from 12 to 19 May 2023 has been rescheduled to now take place from 19 to 26 May 2023. I wish to thank Parties, other Governments, indigenous peoples and local communities, and relevant organizations who have sent their nominations and invite those who have not yet done so to submit their nominations no later than 10 May 2023. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and your continued support for the work of the Convention. Please accept, Madam/Sir, the assurances of my highest consideration.
